Serengeti Safari Videos

While Bill continues to have great sightings in the Serengeti - I thought I'd share some video that Bill has taken on safari in the Serengeti in the past. I'm really looking forward to getting a chance to view and share some of the new safari video footage that he'll bring back from Tanzania. In the meantime, take a look at some of the great wildlife video that Bill has taken in the past while in the Serengeti.

Cheetah with 6 Cubs

In this video - a cheetah along with her six cubs get very close up and personal with a safari vehicle. The cubs sought shade and actually at times used the shade of the vehicle to cool down a bit. The proximity of the cubs allowed for great viewing for vehicle occupants.

White-Backed Vulture Feeding Frenzy

White-backed and Ruppell's Griffon vultures are fighting for what they can get on this zebra carcass in the Serengeti. While vultures aren't necessarily high everyone's "must see" list - it is certainly fascinating to watch them at work in this video.

Lion Cubs

This video was taken by Bill just three months ago on his Tanzania Safari of 2009. Bill visited numerous destinations - all with Tanzania on that amazing trip. This video features two lion cubs greeting each other.

Crocodiles Fishing

This video features crocociles in a river waiting for the opportunity to snatch a fish. This video was also taken just a few months ago in May.

There are many more videos that Bill has taken while in the Serengeti - including Olive Baboons, Martial Eagles, and more. You see these Serengeti videos and videos from many other locations at The Wild Source Video Channel at YouTube.

Bill is now in Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. He's staying at the Lemala Mara Camp which is in the northern part of the Park. For his full itinerary and links to his entire trip, click on the appropriate link below:
